I can't log in. What should I do?
First, try the Forgot password link on the login
page. Check your spam folder for the reset email. If you still can't get in, email us at support@aml-ready.com with your name and the email address you
registered with.
I've purchased but haven't received my login details
Individual course ($50): Check your spam folder. The email comes from our Moodle learning platform.
GET-READY Bundle ($250): We will send you an invoice within one business day. Once payment has been received we will send an email with access details.
How do I enrol my staff? (Bundle customers)
When we provision your bundle, we email you an enrolment key and a template email to
forward to your team. Your staff use that key to create their accounts and self-enrol. You can then track
their progress from your manager dashboard.
I purchased a GET-READY Bundle. Should I create an account on the training portal?
No. If you are the firm's nominated Manager/AMLCO, our team manually provisions your
premium reporting dashboard to ensure your firm's privacy. You will receive an onboarding email within 1
business day of payment containing your Username and Temporary Password. Please log in using those specific
credentials. Do not click "Create new account", as this will generate a standard student profile without
access to your AMLCO Support Kit or staff reports.
